  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the refund.

  • Perishable goods such as food or beverages.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  5. Inspection: Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
